Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working with a traditional fit out contractor in Central London.

The Projects are valued circa £5M and tend to be CAT B traditional Fit Out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Director daily but will be handling the whole project yourself. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager must have:

Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience

Have experience as the number 1 on site

BE able to push a programme and adapt if the programme requires change

Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry

Procore Experience

Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs

Major experience in M+E

Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building

Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently

Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Project Manager on commercial projects

Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team

SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you as the Project Manager on this project?
