Your new role
As a CRM & Telephony Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Telephony system. This project is at its inception, offering you a unique opportunity to shape the future of our customer service function. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and go-live. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including council members, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the public sector.
Experience with CRM and Telephony system implementation.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
