Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an EHS Advisor to join our clients manufacturing plant in Stafford for a 6 month contract, with option to go permanent.

The successful applicant will participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and associated policies and regulations for the companies Stafford manufacturing operations.

Minimum requirements

1-2 years of working experience in a EHS role.

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

Level Working Knowledge or PPE, COSHH, Risk Assessments, PUWER, Legal Requirements, Training, Waste Management, Sustainability, Contractor management, Cranes and lifting devices, Incident management, MHE, LOTO and high-risk activity e.g. working at height.

We are looking for a high level working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and it is essential to have PowerPoint and excel, it would be nice to have Power BI, but this can be taught.

A member of IOSH is desirable. If not a member the client is willing to pay the monthly fee for the right candidate.

Role: EHS Associate

Rate: £19.92 PAYE

Holiday: 33 inducing bank holidays

Location: Stafford

Hybrid / Site: This is a fully on site role

Hours: Working Mon - Thurs 4 days a week - 07:15-16:30, 37 hours per week. The client can give some flexibility around start and finish times.
