Job Description

Russel Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a Contract basis in North London for an immediate start. Project due to complete, April 2025.

Project value £12M. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on commercial fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Oversee detailed design processes, collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure working environment.

• Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial refurbishment projects

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory.

• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
