Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Islington, London
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP or January
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: 13.50 - 16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Through Agency

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join primary schools in Islington. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the development and well-being of young learners. With a variety of roles available across multiple schools, this position offers excellent opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's development through structured play and learning activities.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to provide a consistent learning experience.
• Observe and assess children's progress, reporting any concerns or achievements.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Early Years/Childcare (Level 2 or above).
• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
