Caretaker Driver

Caretaker Driver (Housing)

Croydon

Hourly wage: 12.00 per hour (37.5 hours per week)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Temporary ongoing contract

The aim of this role is to assistant our social housing client with mobile cleaning in public, open spaces.

Experience in a similar role and a full, manual driving licence are required. A company van is provided.

Mopping and sweeping floors
Litter picking and sweeping
Leaf clearance
Cleaning communal hallways and stairs
Cleaning communal toilet blocks
A great team player
Ensure you work in the safest possible way at all times
Kind and confident
Reliable and a good timekeeper
Vacuuming carpets
Driving a company van to and from sites
