Requirements:

• Level 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including digital resources and learning management systems.
• Patience and empathy to support students with varying learning needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the classroom dynamically.
