We are looking for an experienced production team leader who can commit to a fixed afternoon shift within a busy factory in the Rugby area.

This is a role where you lead a small team, ensure they are producing the orders to the right quality, hitting production targets and ensuring the best heads are in the right place to maximise productivity.

Its Monday - Thursday working a fixed (Apply online only) shift meaning you have Fri, Sat and Sun off each week.

In return for your hard work - this role offers you:

• 15.00 p/hour (including shift allowance).
• 40 hours paid per week as standard.
• Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.
