Production Operative

11.44 per hour
Monday to Friday
7:00 am to 3:30 pm
West Sussex
Temporary to permanent

Our client in West Sussex, who is the UK's leading brick manufacturer, is currently looking for a production operative to join their developing team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role:
Working within two different sections- cutting section and sticking section
Operating electric water cool saws to cut and angle bricks
Operating a variety of different machines
Learning about different angles and dimensions for the cutting of bricks
Working in an inside/ outside environment depending on the section

Skills and Attributes required:
Ability to always work as a team member and on your own ensuring health & safety compliance
Good understanding of English & Maths
Good timekeeping
Willingness to learn on the job skills for progression

It would be advantageous to have:
Previous production or warehouse experience
