Are you passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience in secondary schools? ABC Teachers is seeking motivated Trainee Cover Supervisors to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent!

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you ll play a key role in supporting students learning across various secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent. You ll step in to manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with their assignments. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop essential skills, gain hands-on experience, and work flexibly around your schedule.

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of secondary school subjects.
• Manage student behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing their assigned tasks and address any queries.
• Work flexibly to cover a variety of subjects and year groups as needed.

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor- No experience required you will:

• A passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journeys.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Reliability, adaptability, and a professional approach.
• No previous teaching experience is required comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
