Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer

Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer required on an initial 3-month contract.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining an existing team, tasked with onboarding users, general BAU 2nd Line Support and assisting with closing tickets on a busy Service Desk, all within a M365 environment.

2nd Line Support Engineer - Technical Skills / Experience required:

• Current Security Clearance (or previously held SC Clearance)
• Prior experience within an IT Support / 2nd Line role
• Windows 10/11 Administration and Support
• Microsoft EUC Stack joiners, leavers and movers
• Office 365 Administration and Support
• Deployment experience using SCCM/Intune
• Active Directory experience
• Experience with ticket management systems
• Experience in build and deployment (Intune)

This is a full-time contract requirement with an option of hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will hold current Security Clearance / SC Cleared / SC Clearance however, if your Clearance has recently lapsed this could be an option.

This Security Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available next week.
