Job Title: Field Based IT Engineers - UK

About Us:
Concept Project Services team is expanding and looking for experienced Contract IT Engineers across the UK on an AdHoc basis. Our engineers work across various industries and with a diverse range of clients within the IT sector completing installation and deployment works on a flexible basis.

Position Overview:
Engineers will be involved in deployments/projects, breakfix and BAU support covering a variety of IT systems and technologies on a flexible basis - this is the perfect opportunity for engineers seeking 1-2 days work flexibly (days/nights).

Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot systems.
• Handle incidents and customer-initiated tickets.
• Ensure prompt resolution of tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in the deployment and support of IT products.
• Install and maintain IT systems and related applications.

Rate Information:

• Competitive Rates: Negotiable based on experience (inside IR35).

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proficiency with installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of a range of IT/EUC/EPOS/server, and/or networking devices.
• Ability to select appropriate cable types for various applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant IT Engineering certifications.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
