Position: Site Manager
Location: Winterton
Project: Manor House Refurbishment (Period Property)
Rate: £210 per day CIS
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a historic manor house. This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious period property, ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards.

• Manage daily operations on-site
• Coordinate with contractors and tradespeople
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Maintain high standards of health and safety
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Proven experience in refurbishment, particularly with period properties
• Valid CSCS card
• SSSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
