Roofer required!

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hourly Rate: 18 - 20 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to go Permanent)
Duration: 8 months

Job Description:
ITS Construction are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofer to start for a highly regarded construction and maintenance firm based around Redditch. You will be required to work on multiple Commercial and Residential projects around Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out roofing and cladding replacements on a number of properties.
• Ensure all roofing work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work efficiently to complete projects within agreed timeframes.
• Identify and resolve roofing issues, including leaks, broken tiles, and general wear and tear.
• Work with other tradespeople to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a roofer (minimum 2 years).
• Flat roofing experience, ideally multi skilled.
• A full UK driving licence
• CSCS card
