The Recruitment Group is looking for CNC Operatives.

As a CNC Operative you will be involved with the smooth running of a highly respected company working with big-name brands and retailers in Loughborough.

This client offers a high-end design led manufacturing service, creating POS displays using CNC Machines to fabricate sheet metal. This local company provide an outstanding customer service and actively support their employees to progress within their roles.

Pay for a CNC Operative:

• 11.44 - 14.00 per hour depending on experience. Weekly pay.

Hours for a CNC Operative:

• Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
• Friday 07:30-12:30

Responsibilities of a CNC Operative:

• Work to simple instructions provided on the job cards and supporting documentation.
• Manual handling of both small and large point of sale components will be required.
• Adherence to health and safety requirements.
• To be a team player that can carry out extra overtime hours as and when required by the business.

Required Skills:

• Flatbed CNC experience.
• Overhead pin router experience.
• Diamond polishing experience.
• Acrylics laser experience.
• Great organisational and time-management skills.
• Hardworking.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with colleagues.
