Aviation Cargo Operative Driver - HGV Class 1

Competitive Pay:

Days: £15.50-£20.00 per hour

Nights: £16.50-£22.00 per hour

Weekends: £17.0-£25.000 per hour

Ongoing Training & Support: Dedicated support network through our driving academy, including cargo operative training and upskilling opportunities.

Requirements:

HGV Class 1 Licence (held for at least 6 Months)

Tachograph: Minimum of 60 days driving experience recorded

Valid CPC certification

Excellent communication and feedback skills

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Responsibilities:

As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods to various locations. Key duties include:

Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Loading and unloading cargo securely

Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies

Maintaining clear, accurate records of deliveries and driving hours

Communicating effectively with dispatchers and clients

Representing our client professionally

Additional Requirements:

Employment History: Details of your last 5 years of employment (No gaps)

DBS Check: Completion required

Cargo Operative certificate Completion require/We can obtain
