Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced CPCS Lift Supervisor to support a key redevelopment project in the Banbury area. This role requires a professional with a strong background in crane operations and load handling to ensure all lifting activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lift Coordination: Oversee and manage all aspects of the lifting operations on-site, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage.

Load Attachment: Secure loads by attaching/detaching them from the crane or lifting equipment, following strict safety protocols.

Crane Direction: Direct crane movements during operations to achieve precision in placement and to maintain safety for all personnel.

Communication: Coordinate closely with crane operators, site managers, and other team members to align with project goals and schedules.Qualifications Required:

CPCS Blue A62 (All Duties) certification is mandatory.

Valid Safety Critical Medical due to the project's high safety requirements.Contract Details:

Duration: 2-3 months, with potential for contract extension based on project needs and performance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am - 17:30pm (10 hours paid daily).
