Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential to apply for this role.
• Experience in KS1 Teaching: Ideally, you’ll have prior experience teaching KS1 students and adapting learning strategies to suit various needs.
• Enhanced DBS Check: Required before the start date.
• Strong Communication Skills: To build a positive rapport with students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and inclusive lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants to deliver differentiated instruction for children with diverse learning needs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Participate in school-wide activities, meetings, and continuous professional development to support the school's goals and values.
