Housing Resettlement Officer
I am looking for a Housing Resettlement Officer!
Passionate about making a difference? We're hiring a Housing Resettlement Officer on a 3-month contract to support vulnerable individuals, including refugees, in securing stable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with landlords and help tenants transition smoothly into rental properties.
Provide support to Afghan and Ukrainian families, helping them maintain secure tenancies.
Work with Homelessness Prevention teams to reduce rough sleeping and support ex-offenders.
Conduct property inspections and ensure housing standards.
Offer guidance on welfare benefits, rent, and tenancy rights.
Monitor rent payments and manage arrears.Details:
3 days a week in the office
£27 - £30 p/h
