Repairs Supervisor

The role

Working on a social housing contract in South West London, you will be responsible for supervising a team of around 15 operatives, covering the below:

• tracking the performance and timesheets of individuals
• H&S
• Carry out regular site visits and inspections, sign off contractors work and raise quality
  and complaints issues with other teams as
  appropriate
• Monitor performance of the service including number of jobs attended and identifying trends
  and patterns for Board reporting
• Order materials promptly, accurately and within budget

Key Skills and experience:

• Repairs and supervisor experience ideally within housing but other areas considered
• Budget management
• Ideally SSSTS certified
• Ideally first aid certificate
• Must be able to travel around sites in South West London
