Job Title: Part Time Bookkeeper

Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: 16-20 hours per week

About the Role:
We re recruiting on behalf of a client in the Electrical products wholesaler industry who is seeking a skilled Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team in Hemel Hempstead. If you have the experience this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts
• Entering data into accounting software or databases
• Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss
• Tracking bank account balances
• Completing VAT returns
• Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
• Recording inconsistencies to help the accountant reconcile inaccuracies
• Preparing employee wages
• Managing employee expense claims
• Using knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements

Shift times:

• Monday to Friday 4 to 5 hours a day , hours are to be confirmed , working hours can work around the school run etc

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Bookkeeper or Accountant or similar job roles
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a good level of English speaking, reading and writing
