I am currently recruiting for Building Maintenance Engineers based in North London. This is for temporary and permanent roles.

The rate of pay is 20 to 22 per hour for 37.5 hour weeks

Daily Duties:

• Day to day building maintenance
• Specialist repairs to mechanical, electrical or building fabric
• Planned maintenance and installations
• Refurbish wards and offices in hospital setting
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from all levels

Essential Requirements:

• Plumbing, Electrical or Carpentry qualification

• Right to work in the UK (passport)
• Provide professional references and registration form on request
• Valid Driving Licence
• Willing to undertake a Standard DBS
