Job Advert: Welsh-Speaking Cover Supervisors - Cardiff Area

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work in Welsh-medium schools across Cardiff. We're working in partnership with schools to provide reliable, high-quality staffing solutions for both short- and long-term placements. If you're fluent in Welsh and have a passion for supporting young people in an educational environment, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity and engagement in the classroom during teacher absences. Main Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Supervise students in the absence of their usual teacher, ensuring they remain on task.

• Encouraging Engagement: Motivate and support students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Supporting the School Team: Assist with general classroom duties as needed, contributing to the school's smooth daily operations.

Who We're Looking For: We welcome applications from all fluent Welsh speakers who have a genuine interest in education and transferable skills, such as experience in tutoring, coaching, youth work, or similar roles. Previous school experience is advantageous but not required!
