Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant

Location: Hounslow

Salary: 90 - 100 per day

Tradewind is pleased to collaborate with a college in Hounslow in search of a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This role is perfect for individuals dedicated to enhancing students' educational experiences, especially for those facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students, particularly those with behavioural needs.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Work alongside teachers to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Contribute to the educational and emotional development of individual students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.
• Proficient in classroom management.
• Team-oriented, positive, and patient.
• Committed to fostering student success.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience working with secondary school students.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and supportive.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional references.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

This exciting Teaching Assistant position is available from January 2025 until approx April 2025 with a strong possibilty of this being extended.
