About the role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team on a part-time, ongoing basis starting in January 2025. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons that captivate young minds and foster a love of learning in Key Stage 2 students. As a teacher in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring your creativity to life while aligning with the school’s ethos of inclusivity and high standards. This is an ideal position for a teacher who is passionate about guiding students through their key primary years, supporting them in building the confidence and skills they need for a successful educational journey.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
• A clear, enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective KS2 lessons that engage and challenge students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and best practices.
• Engage with parents, carers, and the school community to support each child’s learning journey.
