About the role of Mechanical Project Engineer/Manager

In this role you will have the chance to work with a leading MEP sub-contractor on a large scale commercial fit out project in Central London. You will oversee, manage, and coordinate the controlled and successful delivery of a large scale project.

Responsibilities for Mechanical Project Engineer/Manager

Measuring progress and resources required to meet project expectations.

Organising labour.

Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project assigned to you.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.

Procurement of plant, materials & labourRequirements for Mechanical Project Engineer/Manager

Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Manager.

Proven track record of delivering Mechanical projects.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Exceptional mechanical installation knowledge.

Experience of managing gross and net profit on projects.
