Role: Senior DevOps Engineer - SC Cleared - 12 months - Remote:

Rate: £500 - £640p/d Inside (Umbrella)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months rolling

Start date: End Dec/Early Jan start

IR35: Inside IR35

Client: Public Sector/Defence

Experis are working with a large-scale Software Data Solutions organisation who are within the Public Sector looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who currently holds Active SC Clearance. A lot of the work is based surrounding virtual machines and on the cloud, primarily with Azure.

Key Skills/Experience

Essential

Active SC Clearance is essential.

Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with Infrastructure or Development background.

Windows and Linux operating system experience.

Cloud experience - Azure, AWS, GCP.

Networking experience.

Scripting/programming experience (PowerShell, Bash etc...)

Automation - Ansible, Puppet or similar.

Containerisation and orchestration - Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, etc...

Knowledge of Networking and Automated Testing Techniques.
