SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a locum or perm CRNA for a new opportunity in Northwestern IN. The site is looking for a CRNA who enjoys bread and butter cases. There are no hearts, vascular, or trauma at this location. The facility is a brand new hospital opening in January 2019. The locum rate is $900/day plus malpractice, travel, and lodging. The perm position has a very attractive salary and it includes Malpractice, health, and 401k contributions. Ideal candidates would be available for full time hours and have an IN license.
