SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking up to six independent CRNAs with strong clinical skills to provide full-time coverage starting on April 1st, 2019 (or earlier). The site is a rural hospital located in Southwest Kansas. CRNAs with at least two years experience in independent practice will be preferred. This position can be very lucrative for those wishing to take on some extra weekday and weekend call. SMART will provide long-term lodging for all contractors working at this site, as it is a rural location. Being close to the border of CO, OK, TX, and NM might be a plus for those travelling from out of state. Expected length of this assignment is 9months-1year. An active KS license will be strongly preferred, as we could potentially get you started within the next two months, which is before the official April 1st start date. Locum Rate: $130/hour plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail Pager Stipend: $130/day for call Premium/Call Rate: $155/hour callback & $155/hr Premium after 40 hrs/week Case Types: General, B&B, some Trauma, Ortho, etc. Coverage Model: CRNAs only independent practice Week Length: guaranteed 40hrs of work per week, with the ability to take on extra call if wanted Call Schedule: weekday and weekend TBD Special Requirements: Active KS license (strongly preferred) later starts in the year are also possible, ACLS, Willing to work independently Credentialing: April 1st or ASAP If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your CV for consideration to or call Emily directly at .
