Application Requirements:
• Experience as a TA in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the UK KS2 curriculum, with a focus on intervention strategies for low-achieving students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Understanding of SATs preparation and the ability to support students in achieving their best results.
• A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist KS2 students with their SATs preparation, providing tailored interventions to improve learning outcomes.
• Work with low-achieving students in small groups or one-on-one to help them catch up with the curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to implement lesson plans and differentiate tasks to support diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress, offering feedback and insights to teachers to help optimize learning strategies.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
