Caretaker
We are looking for a caretaker to work with a Local Authority as part of their Estate Services department. This role is based in North West London.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring cleaning standards within buildings across the borough
- Work within one of the following areas:
o Fly tipping clearing
o Window cleaning
o Deep cleaning
- Ensure any safety issues are reported back to the council
Candidate requirements:
- Must have a driving license
- Knowledge and understanding of COSHH
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
