Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Daily Supply

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our Secondary schools in Flintshire on a flexible basis - we can offer daily supply to suit your schedule.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in educational settings or has transferable skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated support and lead small group sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support individual students on a 1:1 basis, adapting to their unique learning needs.
• Assist the class teacher with activities and classroom management.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment, helping students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• EWC registration/ or able to apply for one
• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or with children.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS check required.
