Night Concierge/Receptionist - Central London

5 Luxury Residential Apartments.

£14.50 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid weekly.

Our client is recruiting for a Night Concierge/Receptionist to join the team at this luxury residential apartment complex in Central London.

This is a long-term temporary position, working through our agency.

An immediate start is available for the Night Concierge/Receptionist.

You will be working in a team based at the front desk, providing a 5 hotel style service to all residents and visitors.

Working 5 nights out of 7, on a rota basis, shift times are 11pm to 7am.

Average 40 hours per week and weekly paid.

Main responsibilities

• Check in/Check out of residents
• Meeting and greeting residents/visitors and assisting them with their requests.
• Taking deliveries
• Ordering daily newspapers and magazines
• Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatre etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good level of English
• Well presented and smart appearance
• Computer skills - full training given on IT systems
• Able to work night shifts
• Committed to providing high level of customer service
