Job Title: IT Business Analyst (Logistics) 

Location: West London or Ipswich

Contract Type: 6-month FTC with potential extensions

Hybrid: 2–3 days on-site per week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in logistics and hands-on project delivery to join our client's team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration between IT solutions and logistics operations, driving operational excellence. As on-site presence is required, candidates should ideally be based in West London or Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Expertise: Lead IT-driven logistics initiatives, with a strong focus on Transportation Management Systems.

Business Analysis: Gather requirements, create user stories, and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Technical Testing: Conduct functionality and API testing, ensuring system performance meets operational standards.

Agile Practices: Work independently in an agile environment, contributing as an individual contributor without team management responsibilities. Essential Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in both Business Analysis and Logistics.

Proven expertise in TMS.

Strong capability in gathering and analysing requirements, with hands-on delivery experience.

Experience in testing APIs and working in agile environments. Desirable Skills:

Advanced query-writing skills.

Experience with CargoWise or similar platforms.
