Based in the heart of the bustling city of Manchester, our client is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their existing team.
Your new role
A busy and fast-paced role where you will be assigned your own ledger and be tasked with reducing debt and aged debt by telephone and written communication. Your negotiation and customer service skills will play a part, as will the ability to listen and build a rapport.
Working to KPI's you will have a proactive and tenacious personable attitude, able to work to set tasks and self-motivate, while working individually as part of a larger team.
Excellent computer skills and accurate record management, query management and problem-solving are all part of this existing role.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous Credit Control experience
Excellent communication skills
Computer-literate with excellent keyboard data entry skills. (Oracle is preferred but not essential)
