INTERIM Practical Support Coordinator

Practical Support Coordinator (Temporary)

HAYS are supporting a small charity organisation dedicated to changing people's lives and making communities stronger and more resilient.
Your new role
You will be working as a Practical Support Coordinator and work alongside the Practical Support team on a temporary basis. This role is planned for 5 months, working 3 days a week. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that elements of practical support offers are efficient and responsive, supporting the Charity's role as a convenor of the Small Charities Advisory Panel (SCAP).
Key responsibilities

Provide logistical and administrative support for the delivery of webinars.
Monitor, update, and ensure the accuracy of the enquiry log.
Respond to enquiries by email and phone.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a similar role or within the charity sector is desirable.
