Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder to join our team for a residential project in Pagham. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.

Ensure all scaffolding is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and report any issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:

Valid scaffolding qualifications

Proven experience in residential scaffolding.

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Physically fit and able to work at heights
