Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Consultant with a proven track record of implementing REP017 (Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management) and REP018 (Operational Resilience Self-Assessment) processes within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and enhance frameworks for operational resilience and third-party risk management in line with PRA and FCA requirements.
• Lead impact tolerance setting, critical service mapping, and resilience testing processes to ensure compliance with REP018.
• Assess and manage outsourcing arrangements and third-party dependencies to meet REP017 standards.
• Provide regulatory insights and deliver compliance-focused solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports, ensuring adherence to all applicable guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience with REP017 and REP018 regulatory processes.
• Strong knowledge of PRA and FCA operational resilience frameworks and outsourcing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end implementation of regulatory frameworks in financial institutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
