About the Role:
As the Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting excellent attendance across the school. You will work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to monitor, track, and improve attendance rates. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analysing attendance data to identify patterns and areas of concern.
• Collaborating with teachers, pastoral teams, and external agencies to address attendance issues.
• Building positive relationships with students and families to overcome barriers to attendance.
• Ensuring all attendance records are accurate and up-to-date in line with school and statutory requirements.
• Supporting the implementation of attendance policies and interventions.
