We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in London, E3 3JQ as a full-time Supervisor for a leading Warehousing and Logistics Company.

Job title: On site Supervisor
Pay rate: 14.95 an hour
Shifts: Full time - working predominantly Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00 flexibility required)
Location: London, E3 3JQ

Job Purpose

To lead the successful delivery of workforce management services at a client's site, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs and KPIs. As a strategic partner, you will enhance worker's attendance, retention, health and safety, and workforce development in support of the client's operational goals. This role requires a commitment to promoting our company mission, vision, and values, while actively contributing to a positive, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for agency workers
• Proactively manage absence and attrition metrics
• Run new starter inductions
• Build strong relationship with the client
• Ensure full internal and client process compliance
• Create daily and weekly reports per client request
• Drive continuous improvement into our operation

• Able to understand and meet client expectations and maintain a high level of service
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office, databases, and tracking systems)
• Ability to perform without direct supervision
• Flexible with shift days and hours to meet business needs
