Urgent: Administrative Assistant Needed

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Near Reigate (must be a driver, ideally with a valid DBS)

Pay: 12.50- 13/hour

Duration: 4 weeks

Key Duties:

• Manage reception (8am - 4:30pm) with lunch/absence cover.
• Handle admin tasks: filing, absence lists, and emergency procedures.
• Oversee students boarding buses using daily registers.
• Assist the finance team with orders and budget reports.
