What you'll need to succeed

• Senior level experience in Direct Procurement within Complex Manufacturing sectors i.e. Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical Device etc.
• Clout and ability to influence board members, as well as working with engineers
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• People management and leadership capabilities
• Immediately available / short notice
