Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Scaffolder to join our team for a residential project in Pagham. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications.
• Ensure all scaffolding is safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid scaffolding qualifications
• Proven experience in residential scaffolding.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights.
