Site Manager - Office Refurb

Magenta Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager in Southam (CV47) to run a 8 week office refurb.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on office fit out projects.
Proven history of managing teams of trades and labour, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations.
Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office.
Excellent written English and paperwork skills.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

Working hours are 7:30am till 5pm.

Pay Rate - 260 - 280/Day.
