Maintenance Electrician to be based in Ipswich

Location: Ipswich
Job Type: Long-Term Temporary
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Maintenance Electrician to join our team for a commercial project in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out fault-finding, reinstalling lights, potential rewiring, and installing extractor fans.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fault-finding and repairs on electrical systems
Reinstall lighting fixtures and fittings
Perform rewiring as needed
Install and maintain extractor fans
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Requirements:

Must hold 18th Edition wiring regulations certificate
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or City & Guilds
Desirable: 2391 testing and inspection certification
Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
