Fixed Term Contract position **
The successful Accounts Assistant will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team in Derby and be responsible for assisting with Purchase Ledger and supporting with Management Accounts.
This role is an important function of our client's business and within finance.
For the successful Accounts Assistant, they are looking for someone as soon as possible.

Description
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Finance Manager
Provide support to our client's team
Process invoices
Process payments
Code and match invoices
Ability to manage high volume invoices
Support with Management Accounts
Forecasting
Accruals and prepayments
Assist with queries
Assist within other areas of finance
Above all, play a fundamental role in our client's team Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant:
Have prior Purchase Ledger Clerk experience
Have prior experience in finance
Experience in different currencies
Have experience supporting with Management Accounts
Computer literate in finance systems
Be a team player
Experience in a finance function
Be immediately available / available at short notice
Able to commute to our client's office in DerbyJob Offer
