Job Opportunity: Locum CPN/Social Worker – Adult CMHT (Coventry)
Are you a skilled and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) or Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? Join a Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in the West Midlands area
Key Details:
Role: Locum CPN or Social Worker
Responsibilities: Care coordination, managing a caseload of adult clients with mental health needs
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time or part-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
Location: Coventry area – part remote working may be considered
Essential Requirements:
Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
Proficient in using CareNotes
Experience carrying a caseload
