Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment. Working with some of the UK's largest and most respected construction, maintenance and engineering companies.

The company:

You will be working for a massive Facilities Management company in a facility based in Bournemouth. This is a commercial space, so you should have experience working in this kind of environment.

You will be in charge of the day to day running's of the site including the hard and soft services. Managing PPMs, reactive works and extra works on site.

As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of facility operations, including maintenance, security, and space management.

• Manage relationships with external service providers, including contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
• Coordinate space planning and allocation to optimise usage and efficiency.

This position is on a short term contract, until the end of January 2025.
