Job Advert: Laundry Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Pocklington
Hours: 3 days per week (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Additional Hours: Occasionally on Fridays
Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (6 hours per day)
Pay: 12.10 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

Are you looking for a part-time role with a friendly team? We are currently seeking a reliable Laundry Assistant to join our team in Pocklington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a role with regular shifts.

Please note candidate MUST pass DBS check - Criminal record check.

Responsibilities:

• Washing, drying, and folding laundry
• Sorting and organizing items for storage
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the laundry area
• Providing assistance with any other tasks as required

Key Requirements:

• No prior experience required, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and reliability
• Must be able to start shifts at 8:00 AM

• Some flexibility for additional hours, particularly on Fridays
