Budget Transformation Lead

a Local Authority in the North West who are looking to appoint a talented Budget Transformation Lead on an Interim basis are working with Spencer Clarke Group to find the right candidate.

What's on offer:

• Daily rate: 500 - 625, inside IR35.

negotiable based on experience

• Hours: 09:00 -17:15

About the role:

Based in North West England (Hybrid):

Finance lead for the design and implementation of budget transformation programmes across all service areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver efficiency savings.
2. Creating robust business cases and financial models to support transformation initiatives.
3. Support the achievement of a balanced budget.

About you:
You will have the following experience:

• Experience in budget transformation within local authority/public sector.
• Fully Qualified.
